Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. See the pricing page for current rates.

Plans

TeamGrowing teams shipping dashboards fast — unlimited dashboards and refreshes, Postgres/MongoDB and more, embed tokens and the JS SDK, up to 10 builders.
ScaleEverything in Team, plus dedicated success check-ins, audit-friendly exports, and higher API limits.

Both plans support monthly or annual billing, with a discount for paying annually.

Checkout & trial

Registration collects your account details and chosen plan, then redirects to Stripe Checkout to start your trial — you’re not charged until the trial period ends. If you close the checkout tab before completing payment, simply register again with the same email and password: InsightBase resumes checkout for your existing account instead of starting over.

Careful:You need to complete checkout to sign in. If your organization’s trial checkout was never finished, login is blocked until it is — this is the one thing worth double-checking if you registered but can’t log in.

Managing your subscription

  • •View your current plan, billing interval, and status from Settings → Billing.
  • •Change plans, update payment methods, or cancel from the Stripe customer portal, linked from the same settings page.
  • •Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current billing period — access continues until then.
