Terms and Conditions

By creating an account or otherwise using InsightBase, you agree to these terms. If you are using InsightBase on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on that organization’s behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Organization owners are responsible for the members they invite and the datasource credentials they connect.

• Don’t use InsightBase to access data you don’t have the right to access.
• Don’t attempt to bypass query validation, rate limits, or tenant isolation.
• Don’t use the service to store or process unlawful content.
• Don’t resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written agreement.

You retain ownership of the data in the databases you connect and the dashboards you create. You grant us the limited right to process that data solely to provide the service — generating queries, rendering dashboards, and sending the notifications you configure. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Trial periods, where offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel first. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (including AI providers or your own datasources) may temporarily affect functionality.

You may stop using InsightBase and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. On termination, your data is deleted per our data retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.

InsightBase is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsightBase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-generated queries or dashboards.

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we’ll notify account owners by email before the changes take effect.
